DJ Mark the 45 King gave her single Princess Of The Posse to his friend Fab Freddy Five, who hosted Yo! MTV Raps at the time. Queen Latifah signed to Tommy Boy Records and released her first album: All Hail The Queen. This album and its follow-up, Nature Of A Sistam, were both successes.
